Who We Are
NTSA Exam Prep is developed and operated by Mobikuza, a software engineering studio registered in Kenya. The App is designed to help learner drivers prepare for the National Transport and Safety Authority (NTSA) driving examination through interactive lessons and practice quiz questions.

Who This App Is For
NTSA Exam Prep is intended exclusively for users who are 18 years of age or older. This is consistent with the minimum legal driving age in Kenya as set out in the Traffic Act. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under the age of 18.
Information We Collect
We collect only the information that is necessary to provide and improve the App's services.

We do not collect sensitive personal data such as biometric information, government identification numbers, or financial account details beyond the phone number used for M-Pesa payment initiation.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect solely for the following purposes:
- Account Management — To create, verify, and maintain your account on the App.
- Payments — To initiate M-Pesa STK Push payment requests for premium content using your registered phone number.
- Notifications — To send push notifications about new content, exam tips, and App updates to your device.
- Progress Tracking — To track and display your learning progress, including completed lessons and quiz performance.
- App Improvement — To improve the App's content and features based on aggregated, anonymised usage patterns.
- Technical Support — To diagnose and resolve technical issues using crash reports and performance diagnostics.
- Customer Support — To respond to your enquiries and support requests submitted via email.
We do not use your information for advertising purposes, and we do not display third-party advertisements within the App.
Third-Party Services
To deliver the App's features, we use a small number of trusted third-party services. Each of these may collect and process certain data in accordance with their own privacy policies.
- Google Firebase Authentication — Used to securely manage user sign-in and account authentication. Privacy Policy
- Google Firebase Crashlytics — Used to collect crash reports and performance diagnostics to help us fix technical issues quickly. Privacy Policy
- Safaricom Daraja API (M-Pesa) — Used to process in-app payments for premium content via M-Pesa STK Push. Your phone number is shared with Safaricom solely to initiate and confirm your payment transaction. Privacy Policy
We do not integrate any advertising SDKs, analytics brokers, or data resellers into the App.
Data Sharing & Disclosure
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party. We will only disclose your information in the following limited circumstances:
- Service Providers — We share data with the third-party services listed in Section 5 above, strictly to the extent necessary to operate the App's core features.
- Legal Obligations — We may disclose your information if required to do so by Kenyan law, court order, or a request from a competent government authority.
- Business Transfers — If Mobikuza is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of business assets, your information may be transferred to the successor entity. We will notify you of any such change via the email address associated with your account.
Data Retention
We retain your personal information only for as long as is necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by law.
- Active Accounts — Account information is retained for the duration of your active account.
- Usage Data — Usage and analytics data is retained for a period of up to 24 months for the purpose of improving the App.
- Crash Data — Crash and diagnostics data is retained for a maximum of 90 days.
- After Deletion — Upon account deletion, we will delete or anonymise your personal information within 30 days, except where retention is required by applicable law.
Your Rights & Account Deletion
As a user of the App, you have the following rights with respect to your personal data:
- Access & Correction — You may view and update your account information at any time from within the App's settings.
- Data Access Request — You may request to know what personal data we hold about you by contacting us at info@mobikuza.com.
- Account Deletion — You have the right to request that we delete your personal data. You can do this directly from within the App using the Delete Account feature, or by sending a request to info@mobikuza.com. We will process your request within 30 days.
- Notification Opt-Out — You may opt out of push notifications at any time through your device's notification settings.
Data Security
We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorised access, accidental loss, alteration, or disclosure. These include:
- Secure user authentication managed through Google Firebase Authentication.
- Encrypted data transmission via HTTPS for all communications between the App and our servers.
- Restricted internal access to personal data, limited to authorised personnel only.
While we take reasonable steps to protect your data, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security, and you use the App at your own risk.
Children's Privacy
The App is not directed at children under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from anyone under the age of 18. If we learn that we have inadvertently collected personal information from a person under 18, we will delete that information promptly.
If you believe a minor has provided us with personal information, please contact us at info@mobikuza.com and we will take immediate action.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the App's features, applicable law, or our data practices. When we make material changes, we will notify you by:
- Displaying a prominent notice within the App at your next login, and/or
- Sending a notification to the email address associated with your account.
The updated Policy will be effective from the date shown at the top of this document. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Policy. We encourage you to review this Policy periodically.
