How to delete your data
If you messaged a business on WhatsApp through our platform
- Reply STOP to that business's WhatsApp number to stop further messages.
- To delete your data, email info@mobikuza.com from any address, or message us on +254 745 720800. Include:
- the phone number you used on WhatsApp;
- the name of the business you chatted with.
- We will confirm your request and delete your messages and personal details within 30 days. We may keep payment records where the law requires, for example for tax. If we do, they will be stripped of anything not legally required.
If you are a business using our platform
Contact info@mobikuza.com to close your account and delete your data. You can download your records from your portal before closing.
